Barry-Lawrence County Development Center benefit auction
October 23, 2019
The Barry-Lawrence Development Center benefit auction will be held on Friday, November 8, at the First United Methodist Church in Monett. A silent auction will run from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. with concession stand including chili, baked potatoes, hot dogs, baked goods and drinks open for anyone who wants to eat dinner or have a snack.
McKnight Auction Service is volunteering their auction services beginning around 7:15 p.m. Representatives from the Development Center have begun contacting area businesses requesting a donation of items that can be auctioned. Baskets made by area groups/citizens will also be included. Anyone interested in donating items or baskets may contact Lynda at (417) 235-9803 or drop them off at 408 Third Street in Monett.
All money raised will go toward the Barry-Lawrence Development Center's building fund that will provide a place large enough to continue providing quality services to the children with developmental delays in our bi-county area.
