A Cassville man was arrested last week after being found unresponsive in a charity clothes closet in Washburn. Christopher Ray Pulliam, 31, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
According to the affidavit of probable cause by Barry County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Hutson, Pulliam was found in the Washburn First Baptist Church’s clothes closet on Wednesday, March 30.
When Pulliam was approached by law enforcement, he allegedly presented his middle finger and refused to comply with orders.
