CMS TSA members compete at State

May 2, 2018
                The Cassville Middle School Technology Students Association (TSA) traveled to Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla to compete in the TSA State competition.  
                TSA was established at CMS in 2017 and is led by co-sponsors Mr. Jake Forste and Mr. Robbie Artherton.
                Results from State competition:
• Second in Medical Technology - Jaycie Ertel, Sam Sparkman and Lexi Yockey
• Second in Challenging Technology Issues - Alyzea Myers and Lexi Yockey
• Second in Essay on Technology -  Sam Sparkman
• Second in Children’s Story - Alyzea Myers and Jaycie Ertel
                State Finalists:
• Coding - Quixote Gautney-Lopez and Jon Oliphant
• Community Service Video - Jillian LeCompte, Alyzea Myers, Lexi Yockey, Sam Sparkman and Jaycie Ertel
• Tech Bowl - Jillian LeCompte, Jon Oliphant and Quixote Gautney-Lopez
• Video Game Design - Quixote Gautney Lopez and Jon Oliphant.
