Cox Monett Momentum Campaign close to reaching goal

October 14, 2020

Darren Bass, president of Cox Monett Hospital, updates the fundraising target located outside the current facility. The new $42 million-dollar, 75,000 square-foot hospital is set to open in early 2021 at its new location located on East Highway 60 in Monett.
As the new Cox Monett Hospital nears completion, so does the Cox Monett Momentum Campaign’s efforts to raise $7 million. The campaign, identified as key to the hospital’s ability to meet all goals for space, technology and patient care, is now only $56,000 short of its goal.

“These donor dollars are why we are able to have the hospital you see being built today. Donors have allowed us to plan and realize the hospital our community needs and deserves,” says Lisa Alexander, president of the CoxHealth Foundation. “We are looking for a few more partners who are willing to make a commitment to the future of this community’s health with a gift that will bring the campaign to a successful close.”

All donors to Cox Monett’s Momentum Campaign will be recognized through a permanent display when the new hospital opens. Special donor recognition is also available within areas of the hospital. All gifts are fully tax-deductible as CoxHealth is a non-profit organization.
For more information on the campaign or to donate, please call Lisa Alexander at 417-269-7109.
