CoxHealth offers free scanning mammogram in March

Free screening mammograms in March, thanks to BCFO
     Underinsured and uninsured women will have an opportunity to receive free screening mammograms at CoxHealth on select dates in March. The program is provided through a partnership between Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and CoxHealth.
     Participants do not need to be CoxHealth patients to receive a mammogram, but must be age 40 or older and not be experiencing any breast problems. Appointments are required.
     For more information or to register, please contact the relevant site:
• Cox Monett: March 23, 1 – 3 p.m. 417-354-1138.
• Cox Branson: March 24, 2:30 – 6 p.m.  417-348-8796.
• Cox Barton County: March 24, 12 – 5 p.m. 417-681-5161.
    A referral from a physician is required for the screening in Lamar, but is not needed at the other locations.
     Hulston Cancer Center: March 29, 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. 417-269-LADY
No appointments are needed for the screenings in Springfield.
