Fatal Hwy. 37 wreck claims Cassville man

A Cassville man’s life was taken in a single-car crash on Thursday morning. Aaron J. Haston, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Haston was driving southbound on Highway 37, three miles north of Cassville around 8 a.m. when he ran off the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned.
Haston was ejected from his 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Charles McManus at 8:53 a.m.
Haston was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and the Monte Carlo was totalled. Haston was taken to Fohn Funeral Home, in Cassville.
This was Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D’s 86th fatality for 2015.
