A fourth suspect has been charged with a drug deal of 20 packages delivered to a Cassville residence. Three were charged with the crime earlier in April, but a fourth suspect’s charges led to the arrest last week of Harvey Mabry, 59, of Cassville.
The search warrant was served by the Ozark Drug Enforcement Team (ODET) and the Barry County Sheriff’s Department at a residence at 80 Gravel Street in Cassville on Thursday, April 5.
When detectives were in the residence, the affidavits of probable cause state there were three bags of marijuana weighing 474 grams, 461 grams and 200 grams. Officers reported the smallest package was delivered just prior to the search warrant being executed. Officers also claim to have located two grams of methamphetamine.
Throughout the home, officers recovered 52 firearms with over 1,000 rounds of ammunition. Most of the firearms were loaded, according to affidavits of probable cause. Officers also located digital scales, baggies and drug paraphernalia, all synonymous with drug sales.
Mabry’s bedroom contained bags of methamphetamine and multiple firearms that were loaded.
Mabry is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Mabry is currently being held in the Barry County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 cash-only bond.
Conly Butler, 33, of Cassville, Natasha M. Butler, 39, of Cassville, and Sarah Beck, 51, of Cassville, had already been charged for the crime. All are still being held in the Barry County Jail.
