The Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Cassville and their neighbor, Cassville Discount Grocery, are teaming up for a joint Customer Appreciation Day, scheduled for Tuesday, July 21.
“We’ll set up one tent towards the front and in between our parking lots,” David Hermann, President of Habitat for Humanity, said. “We’ll be serving up complimentary hot dogs, chips and water. We’ll also have lots of inside specials and activities throughout the day during our regular business hours, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
“We plan a customer appreciation event every year,” Hermann said. “It’s our way of giving back to the community in return for what they do for us.” The Habitat for Humanity ReStore has been in Cassville since 2005, and in their current location at 900 W. 10th Street for the past 18 months.
Cassville Discount Grocery has served the area for the past 23 years, 16 of those at their current location next door to the ReStore.
