Haven of the Ozarks' Pet of the Week: Spike

Meet Spike, the Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week. Spike is a wonderful seven and a half year old chow mix who is blind but has never once let that slow him down. He arrived at the Haven in September 2018, and while he enjoys life no matter where he is, Spike deserves a real home. Spike would need some work to live inside a house, but he has been doing well in a crate, and he promises to try really hard on his housetraining. Spike would also be happy as an outdoor dog in a nice, big, securely fenced yard with a cozy shelter and maybe even a dog friend for company. He's a handsome guy with a much thicker coat than when this photo was taken. He likes other dogs, but a meet and greet is suggested before going home with a new canine sibling.
