Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor,
I am hoping that someone can help me find something I lost. In June we were moving from Cassville to outside of town and lost a plastic tub off the trailer. It would have been on 76 somewhere in the vicinity of the Cassville Museum. I was not able to pull over at the time, and when we went back, it had already been picked up.
I have just discovered what was in the tub. It contained Christmas ornaments as well as floral picks. However, one item can’t be replaced and I would very much like to be able find it. There were several German-type clip-on candle holders for the tree. Some are silver color and some are gold color. They are reproductions so have little monetary value but they have sentimental value to me. They were used in a program by my daughter and her Girl Scout group in the very early 70’s and have always been on our tree at Christmas. Nothing else in the tub has meaning to me with the exception of the candle holders.
I really hope that whoever found them would contact me and perhaps I could purchase them back from you. The other items I can replace and don’t want them back. If you should happen to have found the tub, please let me know.
