Local authors present keto diet program at Monett Library

Authors Dennis and Patty Burge presented a program at the Monett Branch Library on Friday, June 7. They talked about their books and the keto diet. The two books are: The Pilgrim's Plan for Optimal Health, Abundant Energy and Living Lean Without Prescriptions by Dennis Burge and The Pilgrim's Plan Cookbook: Quick and Easy Recipes for Maximum Fat Loss and Abundant Energy by Patty Burge.
