Mason Lowe Memorial Rotary Scholarship awarded to Luu

The first Annual Mason Lowe Memorial Rotary Scholarship for $1000 was presented to Phoebey Luu. This is a scholarship for an Exeter student who has shown exceptional academic achievement and has financial need. Exeter was Lowe's alma mater. Luu has been accepted to Missouri State University and plans to go into Special Education or Communications Sciences. Rotary also gave out five $500 scholarships to Jamison Oliphant, Shannon Haney, Avery Brown, Clara Hermansen and Zack Burton, all graduating from Cassville.
