The Life360 Resource Center, located in the old Cox Monett Hospital building at 801 N. Lincoln Ave., Monett, hosted a Monett Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday. The facility will house offices for many community-building initiatives, a portion of which will include mental health services, foster care programs, crisis pregnancy care, nutrition services, employment services, and youth and childcare services.
Life 360 Executive Vice-President Jeremy Hahn says not all prospective tenants are on site yet.
“Some of them won’t be moving in until after the first of the new year,” he said, “but we want to get the word out that we’re here. Stop by and visit with us and learn what we offer. If the service you need isn’t housed here, we can refer you to a location where it is.”
Monday’s ribbon-cutting was followed by tours of the center and introductions to the resource center tenants. A luncheon was also held for open-house guests.
