Neosho motorcycle driver injured in Shell Knob crash

A Neosho man was injured in a motorcycle crash outside of Shell Knob on Saturday morning. According to the crash report, the driver crashed about six miles north of Shell Knob on MO 76 on August 4.
Eric J. Augspurger, 60, of Neosho, was driving a 2005 Harley Davidson Soft Tail eastbound when he ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a roadsign and a ditch.
Augspurger suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The motorcycle had minor damage and was towed from the scene by Table Rock Auto Clinic, of Shell Knob.
