Purdy NEHS hosts career panel luncheon

April 11, 2018
Picture
The Purdy National English Honor Society was proud to organize and participate in an English career panel luncheon at Mocha Joe’s Cafe in Monett. Guest panelists in attendance included Michael Frizell, Shelby Stephenson, Sherry Leverich Lotufo and Kristin Dudley. The students were free to ask any questions pertaining to English, and topics ranged from self-publication, to college experiences, to working as an au pair. The session lasted for approximately three hours, and the students left with more knowledge of the world into which they are about to enter. The Purdy English National Honor Society sends a thank you to all those who were involved in the luncheon. Participants are pictured from left to right: Sherry Lotufo, Michelle Hilburn, Shelby Stephenson, Bayleigh Schad, Isbel Ibarra, Emma Harkey, Hannah Reid, Kayla Branstetter, Alexandra Serrano and Michael Frizell.
