Rocky Comfort man charged with selling meth

A Rocky Comfort man is in jail after allegedly selling drugs. According to the affidavits of probable cause, Stephen Daniel Lucariello, 35, was found to have multiple drugs and paraphernalia in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Tuesday, January 7.
Lucariello was stopped by the Cassville Police Department after failing to stop at a stop light. When officers made contact, they saw two rifles in Lucariello’s front seat. Lucariello is not allowed to possess firearms due to being a convicted felon.
While searching the vehicle, officers found five glass meth pipes, five grams of meth, four glass marijuana pipes, 10 grams of marijuana, two containers of marijuana wax, 10 hypodermic needles and three digital scales. They also found a handgun
When taken to jail, Lucariello was asked if he sold drugs, and he said yes.
Lucariello is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. He is currently being held in the Barry County Jail in lieu of a $40,000 cash-only bond.
