On Saturday, December 14, the city of Seligman hosted its annual Christmas Parade. Pictured above, first place winners of the parade’s marching category, the Southwest band, marched through town square at full volume before stopping at the judge’s table for their routine.

After the parade, Ruby Phillips, 10, of Seligman, and her siblings got to talk to Santa Claus about what they hope to see under the tree this Christmas.

Ayasha Ross, 10, of Washburn, makes a splash in her John Deere tractor decorated to look like the most famous deer of all time, Rudolph.

Seligman mayor Michael Avers made several appearances before the parade costumed as beloved Dr. Seuss character, The Grinch. In an uncharacteristic move, however, this Grinch distributed candy rather than take it away.

The parade closed with the appearance of Seligman Chief of Police Matt Phillips in his 2014 Dodge Charger that the officer reportedly decorated himself for the holidays.
