Southwest 3rd in SWCL Scholar Bowl Tourney

Southwest Middle School won two of three matches and finished third in the SWCL Conference Tournament at Kirbyville. The Trojans beat Blue Eye in the quarterfinals but lost to eventual tourney champ Sparta by one question in the semifinals. Southwest defeated Kirbyville for third place. Members of the team include: Kameron Kelley, Clark Brinkman, Sophia Wyman, Braden Garcia and captain Charlie Pippin.
