"Stations of the Cross" at Cassville United Methodist

Cassville United Methodist Church has created a version of “stations of the cross” in the yard next to the church at 6th and Gravel St. This is a spiritual exercise that is especially appropriate during Holy Week. The public has been invited to come and follow a Scripture reading at each of the ten wood crosses placed on the property.  Paper copies of the reading are available in a mailbox at the site or people can follow the following link to read directly from their phones at bit.ly/crossCUMC. Visitors are encouraged to read the scripture texts slowly and prayerfully - one section at each cross. Numbers on the reading guide correspond to numbers on the crosses.
