Thank you to area teachers

Dear Community,
Over the past several weeks we have all experienced a great deal of new experiences. Some enjoyable, some beneficial, some not so much…but we are all in this together. This week Missouri begins a reentry plan designed to assist all of us in returning to those things we found normal and what we have learned are precious and important. This week also marks a very important week in our communities…Teacher Appreciation Week.
I work with an incredible group of people at Cassville R-IV School District and we miss our students terribly. We realize that this experience has been difficult for students, parents, grandparents, and others. We, like many of our neighboring schools, have asked our teachers to continue learning opportunities with our students in various ways. This has not been easy for teachers, students, or you as parents and we understand.
I ask you to join me in letting our teachers know that we appreciate them. Whether you are from Cassville, Southwest, Exeter, Shell Knob, Wheaton, Purdy, Aurora, or Monett, let your local teachers know that we appreciate them and need them. Our teachers play an important part in our communities and in the lives of our children. They love and want every child to succeed.
