Two injured in one-car Hwy. 86 Eagle Rock crash

Two people were injured in a crash north of Eagle Rock on Sunday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the single vehicle crash occurred when a 2000 Honda Civic traveled off the left side of the roadway and hit a rock and tree.
The Honda Civic was driven by Lucio Moreno, 19, of Cassville, with two passengers inside, Alexia J. Belisle, 23, of Golden, and a 17 year-old female* from Shell Knob. The car travelled off the road around 3:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, about two miles north of Eagle Rock on Highway 86.
The two passengers suffered moderate injuries in the crash and were transported by Mercy Ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. They were not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
The driver, Moreno, had no reported injuries at the time of the crash. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The Civic was totalled and towed from the scene by Brice's Towing, of Cassville.
