Verona driver injured in crash near Purdy

A Verona driver was injured after her SUV overturned on Route C outside of Purdy on Thursday. According to the crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Jennifer Watkins, 26, of Verona, was travelling westbound on Route C when she crashed around 8 a.m. on February 28.
Watkins, driving a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer, was headed westbound when the vehicle travelled off the road and overturned. Watkins suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to Cox Hospital in Monett for treatment.
Waktins was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The Mountaineer sustained moderate damage and was left at the scene at the time of the crash.
