Washburn hosts Harvest Festival, Tractor Parade

On Saturday, October 19, the city of Washburn and Chamber of Commerce hosted a Harvest Festival and Tractor Parade. The event featured local businesses and individuals with a variety of booths, games, live music, food and a raffle.
