Arning Companies, Inc., in Cassville, is excited to announce the restructure of their Board of Directors as well as their senior management. These changes reflect Arning’s transition into the next phase of growth and ongoing commitment to achieving the highest standards of corporate governance.
The Board of Directors now consists of Randy Stockton, Chief Executive Officer; Kenyon Atkinson, Chief Design Officer; and Ryan Stockton, President and Chief Operating Officer.
Arning has added a level of senior management with four new directors. Those serving in director level leadership positions are Angie Edie, Director of Human Resources; Buzz Treadwell, Director of Operations; Mark Speakman, Director of Production; and Larry Mankins, Director of Innovation.
“These leadership changes are the culmination of where our focus has been over the last few years,” said Board President and COO Ryan Stockton.
