Berndt, Mebruer named Soccer Academic All State

      Cassville High School senior student athletes Dylan Berndt and Zane Mebruer have been named Soccer Academic All State. This award is the highest academic honor for soccer players in the state of Missouri.
    The Missouri Soccer Academic Team is a highly select group of seniors from all four classes who have excelled both on the field and in the classroom during their high school careers. This year, 37 players made the team and had an academic score of 120 or higher which corresponds to an unweighted GPA of 4.0 and an ACT score of 30.
    Cassville is one of two schools in the state (Barstow) with selections on the last five Academic All-state teams (2018 boys- Andrew Berndt, 2019 girls- Kamryn Jaques, 2019 boys- Eli Herrin, 2020 girls: Alexis Mann. 2020 boys:  Dylan Berndt, Zane Mebruer).
