Cassville Cruisers begin 11th season

In spite of a dreary start to the day and many competing area events, Saturday night’s Cassville Cruisers Cruise-In drew 85 (mostly) vintage vehicles, plus plenty of auto enthusiasts happy to view them.
Member and past president of the Cruisers, Larry Daniels, said the club has cruise-ins planned for the second Saturday of every month through November, with gatherings scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
The next cruise-in, scheduled for June 12, is labeled “Jammin’ in June” and will feature live music. At the July 10 cruise-in, free watermelon will be available for attendees.
Beginning with this, the 11th season, Larry Daniels is passing the presidential baton of the Cassville Cruisers on to Bill Knapp, of Cassville.
