Cassville WGA swings into another week on the green

On Thursday, July 18, the Cassville Women's Golf Association held to hold a meeting discussing the 2019 Golf Invitational, currently slated to be held on Thursday, August 15.
In this meeting, it was revealed that the group currently has a full waiting list for the invitational, along with several sponsors that have already signed on to the event.
Sponsors at this juncture include: Ball and Prier-Hankook, Security Bank, Freedom Bank, Joy Chappell-Remax, David and Doris Connor, Casey’s, Fast Trip, McDonalds, Sonic, Subway, Patricia Island Golf Course, Indigo Sky Casino, Tomblin's Jewelry and Connie Figgins.
After this meeting, the group went on to play a scramble game. The winner of the game was the team of Doris Connor, Becky Ryder, Leta Higgs and Karry Lewis. Second place was won by the team of Lynn Blanke, Jeanette Skorpski and Deb York.
