Cassville woman hurt on icy roads Monday afternoon

A Cassville woman was hurt Monday afternoon after her vehicle slid off the icy highway south of Crane. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Kellie N. Worley, 23, was driving a 1996 Honda Accord south on D Highway when the crash occurred about three miles south of Crane at 4:30 p.m. The vehicle lost control on the slick road and ran off the highway, hitting a utility pole.
Worley suffered minor injuries in the crash. She was not wearing a seat belt. She reportedly would seek her own treatment.
The 1996 Honda Accord was totalled and towed from the scene by Johnson’s Towing, of Crane.
