CMS students make SWMO Junior High District Band

Four Cassville Middle School students earned spots in the Southwest Missouri Junior High District Honor Band. Students competed against musicians from 27 others schools across Southwest Missouri. CMS students who earned spots in the honor band are pictured, from left to right: Kaitlyn Tiner, 2nd chair flute; Tori Mitchell, 8th chair clarinet; Avery Chappell, 9th chair flute; and Chaney Cox, 1st chair tenor sax. The District Honor Band performed on Saturday, February 1 in Carl Junction. The Cassville Middle School band is led by instructor Erica Gorman.
