Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association

Members of the Springfield and Birch Tree chapters of the Combat Veterans Mororcycle Association (CVMA) visited Cassville Saturday, September 26, to provide a motorcycle escort to Fohn Funeral Home, where final services were held for Freddy Gurwell, of Cassville. The CVMA is a U.S. association of veterans from all branches of the armed forcces who ride motorcycles. Their mission is to support those who have defended our country by financial donations to individuals and veterans organizations, when needed, and by providing funeral escorts when called upon. They host various fundraisers throughout the year to further this cause.
