Crain Awarded Shell Knob Lions Club Scholarship

Cassville 2020 graduate, Nolan Crain Tom Koob
Nolan Crain, son of Jason and Amy Crain of Shell Knob, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Shell Knob Lions Club.
Nolan recently graduated from Cassville High School ranking sixth in his class with a 4.0202 grade point average.
In addition to his academic achievement, Nolan has been active in several extracurricular activities at school, including Marching Band, Show Choir and Recycling Club. He was installed in National Honor Society and was chosen to represent our area at Boys State. Nolan has been active in the Cassville Youth Advisory Board in support of our community’s children and teenagers.
Crain plans to attend the University of Central Missouri in the fall. He hopes to pursue studies in science and math and looks forward to continuing his musical endeavors.
The Shell Knob Lions Club has awarded a scholarship to a Shell Knob Senior for several years. The Lions are committed to serving the community and, this scholarship, along with awards to top Shell Knob School students, encourages our young people to strive for excellence.
