State of Missouri Endangered SILVER Advisory
 
The Monett Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at Countryside Care Center, 385 S. Eisenhower, Monett, MO at 7:30 p.m. on June 27, 2020.
 
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
 
David Henry, a white male, age 71, height 6 feet, 235 pounds, white hair, brown eyes, wearing a black or blue ball cap, red shirt and blue jeans.
 
Unique characteristics:  Subject wears glasses and uses a cane.
 
Diagnosed Medical Conditions:  Dementia, Diabetes
 
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:

Subject was last seen at Countryside Care Center in Monett, MO. Subject has diabetes and has not recently taken medication.         
 
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Monett Police Department at 417-235-4241 extension 2.
