Exeter names Elders April Student of the Month

People's Community Bank chose Clayton Elders as Student of the month for April 2019. Elders is a senior from Exeter High School. In addition to the certificate, Elders will receive a $50 Graduate Certificate of Deposit. Elders is being recognized for having good character and citizenship.
