Golf tournament brings 150 to Cassville Golf Club

On June 1 and 2, the Cassville Golf Club hosted the Cassville 3-Man Scramble golf tournament. The tournament was held at the Cassville Golf Course.
The tournament included 150 players from across four states over a two-day period. At the end of the two days, the stroke count for all teams were added together, with the team with the lowest score taking the title of champion.
First place in the tournament went to the team of Troy Curtis, Mat Murray and Chris Hill, with an overall score of 115. They won by only two strokes over the second place team of Ashley Garner, Dylan Garner and Shane Boyd, who scored 117.
Third place was a tie between the teams of Jeff Warden, Scott House and Ryan Morse, and Taylor Robertson, Chris Lawson and Matt Stone. Both teams scored a total of 118.
