Meet Zander, the Haven of the Ozarks' Pet of the Week. Zander is a gorgeous one-year-old boy who, like many animals who have been strays, came to us with some trust issues. However, he has come so far. Zander will need just a little time to get to know a new person, but with a few treats and a nice walk, he'll be your best friend!. Zander loves other dogs and would probably do best in a home with a canine sibling to help him feel more secure. Small children make him nervous, so an adult-only home would be ideal. This boy is so deserving of a family. Haven of the Ozarks is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day of the week or call (417) 835-3647 for more information.
