According to affidavits of probable cause filed by detective Robert Evenson, with the Barry County Sheriff’s Department, Hunter Seay Williams, 20, of Golden, raped the victim in a remote area outside of Cassville sometime between September 23 and October 4, 2019.

The report states Williams drove the victim to a remote area located on Farm Road 1135 outside of Cassville before removing the victim’s clothing against their will.
