Mural Commemorating Senator Emory Melton

Recently completed murals on two sides of The Barry County Advertiser office will be dedicated in honor of the late Missouri Senator Emory Melton.

The Barry County Advertiser and Litho Printers cordially invite the public to a mural-dedication/ribbon-cutting ceremony in commemoration of the late Missouri Senator and Cassville Attorney, Emory Melton. The ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, June 26, at 10 a.m., at their offices at 904 West Street, Cassville.
Former Barry County Commissioner, Cherry Warren, and former Missouri Senator, Doyle Childers, both long-time friends of Senator Melton, will be guest speakers at the event.
The dual murals were completed in March by “America’s Muralist,” Raine Clotfelter, with help from his wife, Trish, and Cassville High School art student, Adrienne Quiros-Zucca. The artists will be in attendance at the ceremony.
