Purdy High School crowns homecoming royalty

   After a fun-filled week of activities sponsored by the Purdy High School Cheer Squad, the Purdy R-II School District crowned Senior Bayleigh Robbins as Homecoming Queen and Senior Osiel Aldava as Mr. Tip-Off at its annual coronation ceremony, held between basketball games on Friday, January 29. This year’s theme was Homecoming Road Trip. Students enjoyed dressing for special road trip destinations throughout the week, such as Colorado, Texas, Hawaii and Washington D.C.. The week concluded with a final road trip stop back home in Purdy, with Black and Gold Friday.
