Senior flexibility, balance and song class a hit

March 6, 2019
Picture
Area seniors are having a blast at the Central Crossing Senior Center's Flexibility, Balance and Song classes. The classes are held Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 10:15 a.m. Attendees participate in an exercise regimen aimed at improving one's flexibility and balance. Of course, fitness is a big part of the program as well, and the 'song' part of the class is something that is added in as one feels so moved. The class is fun and has been growing steadily since its inception nearly three years ago. There are a variety of exercises, and the class keeps everyone moving with the class size hitting 20 participants recently.
