Shell Knob homeowner robbed at knife point

According to a probable cause for a summons statement issued by the Barry County Sheriff’s Department on April 17, 2020, Savella Elmore, of Carthage, unlawfully entered a residence at Farm Road 1252 in Shell Knob with a knife, where she addressed the homeowner by name.
While the homeowner hid in the bushes and watched, Elmore is accused of obtaining $1,849.20 of stolen property, including electronic equipment, clothing and jewelry, plus five credit/debit devices.
Elmore was booked into the Barry County jail on April 26, 2020. She is charged with 2nd degree burglary, armed criminal action and stealing. A cash-only bond of $40,000 was posted.
