Southwest R-V School announces end-of-year plans

Southwest R-V School announces a graduation date, and date and time for pick up and return of property.
Plans have also been made for the scheduling of next fall's classes, as detailed below.
Southwest High School
Southwest High School Graduation will be held on Thursday, July 9 at 7 pm in the high school gym. Please watch for updates to see if this will be an open ceremony or if tickets will be issued.
Scheduling for the next school year is being conducted online through a Google form that Ms. Coupland is sending out to students. Parents and students please watch your email on specifics to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year.
An all-school drop-off and pick-up will be held on Thursday, June 4 from 9am until 6pm. This pick-up will be the items from your locker and any awards that you won which will also be posted online. Please stop by and pick your items up and drop off any school items that you may have. All school offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 am until 3 pm daily if you are unable to come by on June 4 for the extended time.
Southwest Middle School
Eight grade promotion is canceled this year. You will receive a certificate of promotion at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year. These will be delivered to the high school for you.
Scheduling for the next school year is being conducted online through a Google form that Mrs. Lumpkins is sending out to students. Parents and students please watch your email on specific instructions on how to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year. This is an updated Google form that will have all of the electives you may choose from for your grade level. If students do not have access to email, please call the middle school at 417-826-5050 and your preferences will be taken over the phone. Schedules will be handed out during open house in August. There will be time at the beginning of the school year to change your schedules if you would like to make changes.
