Southwest’s Project Graduation hosts Thanksgiving dinner

November 27, 2019
Picture
On Sunday, November 24, Southwest High's Project Graduation volunteers hosted a Thanksgiving dinner event in the Southwest High cafeteria. For an admission price of $6 per plate, guests were treated to a plate of Thanksgiving favorites, complete with drinks and dessert. All proceeds went to benefit Project Graduation. Pictured above, Michelle Paul and Jean Wright dig into their plates.

To compensate for an unprecedented turnout, some senior volunteers were sent out to the line with cookies so that hungry patrons could snack while they waited. Pictured above, seniors Carley Black and Timothy DeShields.
