SW Lady Trojans open senior night with breast cancer awareness

Southwest defeated Purdy 25-9, 25-20 last week for its first SWCL Conference victory of the season. Juniors Bonnie Robbins and Karma Romine led the way with 6 and 5 kills, respectively, while freshmen Emily Wilson added 19 digs and Jackie Quintanilla added 8 assists. Two other freshmen - Olivia Erwin (5 receptions) and Jordan Bayley (7 for 7 serving with an ace and 2 digs) - also contributed to the victory. The Lady Trojans finish the season with road games this week at Galena and Exeter and then next week at College Heights.
