Trash truck crash injures two on MO-76

        Two men from the Springfield area were injured in a trash truck crash yesterday morning on MO-76.
        According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Travis T. Arnold, 42, of Ozark, was driving a 2005 Mack trash truck northbound on MO-76 five miles south of Wheaton when the truck travelled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned into a fence.
        Arnold and passenger Jimmy A. Rainbolt, 40, of Springfield, were both injured in the wreck. Arnold was airlifted to CoxHealth South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries. Rainbolt was taken by ambulance to CoxHealth South Hospital in Springfield with minor injuries. Neither of the men were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
